Job Description (Roles & Responsibilities)

Manage all day-to-day branch operations,

Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement,

Ensure adherence to the Center's quality and security measures,

Be involved in process improvements and deal with bottlenecks,

Open to participation as test day staff during the examination,

Pan India Travel as per company norms (Note in a month you may travel 15 to 20 days with company

accommodation and travel expenses in other cities and it will be a rotation basic),

Pre & Post Test activities,

Coordinate with faculty members and various center activities,

Recognize and identify potential areas where existing policies and procedures require change or where new

ones need to be developed and shared,

Documentation Duties and keeps records to maintain inventory of your regular duties,

Resource/Task allocations,

Other academic requirements/ assistance,

Keep a stock record for your region,

Dispatch and receive the material (Courier) and maintain records,

Local Police Verification – NOC Required,
